GamesOn365 ("GamesOn365", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by GamesOn (ABN: 41 661 675 207), a business name registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) under the registered business name holder 'A1 CORPORATE GROUP PTY LTD'. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information through the GamesOn365 website, mobile application, and related services (the "Platform"), in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account Information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password, along with your account type, Player, Organiser, Venue Manager, or Volunteer. b) Profile and Preference Data. We collect the preferences you set within your Preference Centre, including sport type, skill level, location, and availability, and, for Volunteers, preferred roles and game type preferences. c) Payment Information. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments ("Stripe"). We do not collect or store your full card details; we only receive confirmation that a payment or credit purchase was successful. d) User Submissions. Any content you upload or post, including profile pictures, team names, game comments, and ratings of other Users. e) Usage and Device Data. We may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device type, and how you interact with the Platform, to help operate and improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

a) To create and manage your account and facilitate your use of the Platform. b) To operate the AI Automation Toggle and Organiser AI Agent, which use your saved preferences to identify, apply for, and approve Fill-ins and bookings on your behalf. c) To calculate and display your Reliability Rating, which may be visible to other Users. d) To process credit purchases, refunds, and rewards through Stripe. e) To send game reminders, booking updates, and service announcements, and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. f) To maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Platform, including investigating suspected fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

a) Other Users. Certain information, including your profile picture, team names, ratings, and User Submissions, may be visible to other Players, Organisers, Venue Managers, and Volunteers you interact with on the Platform. b) Service Providers. We share payment information with Stripe to process transactions. Stripe handles this data in accordance with its own security protocols and privacy practices. c) Advertising Partners. Where you have not opted out via the Preference Centre, we may use your interests and profile data to curate relevant advertisements and promotions from third party providers and partner venues, as described in our Terms of Use. d) Legal and Safety Purposes. We may disclose information where required by law, or where we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, including to law enforcement authorities. e) No Sale of Data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Overseas Disclosure

Some of our service providers, including Stripe, may store or process information outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

5. Data Security

We use industry standard security measures to protect your personal information, including relying on Stripe's enterprise grade infrastructure for payment data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to allow reactivation, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Billing details are retained after account closure so you can reactivate your account without losing your dashboard history.

7. Your Rights

a) Access and Correction. You may access and update most of your personal information directly through your account settings and Preference Centre. b) Marketing Preferences. You can manage your advertising and communication preferences, or opt out of game reminders, at any time via the Preference Centre or the unsubscribe link in our emails. c) Complaints. If you have concerns about how we handle your personal information, you can contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

8. Children's Privacy

GamesOn365 is intended for adults only. Our Platform is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under 18 years of age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
