Terms of Service
Last Updated: 12 July 2026
The GamesOn365 website and mobile applications (the "Site") are owned and operated by GamesOn (ABN: 41 661 675 207), a business name registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) under the registered business name holder 'A1 CORPORATE GROUP PTY LTD'.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a contract between you and GamesOn (a Melbourne-based company, "GamesOn365", the platform, or "we") and govern your access to and use of the GamesOn365 website, mobile application, content, or products and/or services (collectively, the "Site").
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing and using the Site.
1. Terms of Use
a) Acceptance of Terms. By accessing and/or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, just as if you had agreed to these Terms in writing. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
b) Amendment of Terms. GamesOn365 may amend the Terms from time to time. All amendments will be effective upon GamesOn365's posting of the updated Terms. Your continued access to or use of the Site after the posting of the amended Terms constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms as amended.
2. Definitions
a) "The Platform" refers collectively to the GamesOn365 website (accessible via www.gameson365.com), any associated mobile applications, software, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and all integrated digital services owned and operated by the business entity registered with ASIC as 'GamesOn'.
This definition encompasses all current and future iterations of the service, including but not limited to:
• The AI Automation Toggle and associated scheduling algorithms.
• The 'My Team Chat' communication interface.
• The Preference Centre and internal advertising modules.
• All digital content, features, and functionality provided to facilitate the interaction between Players and Organisers.
b) "Player" refers to any registered user of the GamesOn365 platform who uses the service to discover, join, or participate in sporting activities, matches, or leagues. This includes individuals acting as casual "Fill-in" participants or recurring team members. Players are the primary users of the AI automation toggle and are subject to the platform's weighted reliability rating system.
c) "Organiser" refers to any registered user, individual, club, or entity that utilises the platform to create, list, manage, or coordinate sporting events, teams, or leagues. Organisers are responsible for the logistical management of the games they advertise and, until the release of the Payment AI Agent, the collection and management of any "Fill-in" fees conducted outside the platform.
d) "Volunteer" refers to any registered user who supports games or events in a non-playing capacity, including as a referee, scorer, or coach, as further described in Section 16.
3. Eligibility & GamesOn365 Platform
a) Platform Role and Limitation of Liability: GamesOn365 serves as a digital intermediary to enable the organisation of social sporting leagues. We are not a party to any agreements made between Users and do not own, operate, or control any venues or leagues. GamesOn365 does not perform identity verification or vetting of any User (Organiser or Player). By using this platform, you acknowledge that we are not liable for the conduct, interactions, or safety of any participant. All Users are responsible for their own safety and for conducting their own due diligence when connecting with others.
b) Eligibility Criteria. To use this Site, you must be 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these criteria. Those who choose to access the Site do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local rules, including, without limitation, rules about the internet, data, email, or other electronic messages, or privacy to the extent such rules apply to the member.
c) Non Discrimination and Inclusion. The Platform is open to all individuals, including Players of all abilities. GamesOn365 is committed to promoting accessibility and inclusivity across all matches and leagues. We prohibit discriminatory conduct and expect all Organisers and Players to maintain an environment that welcomes participation from individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.
d) Use of Membership. Your membership is personal to you, and you agree not to create more than one account. Members cannot transfer or gift single games or Organiser spots to third parties, including other members.
e) Account Information. You agree that the personal information you provide to GamesOn365 at registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also agree that you will ensure this information is kept accurate and up to date at all times to maintain your reliability rating and ensure proper communication. When you register, you will be asked to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password login, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Processing and Security
a) Third Party Processor: GamesOn365 utilises Stripe Payments ("Stripe") as our primary third party payment processor. Stripe provides the enterprise grade infrastructure required to facilitate real time transactions for our Users.
b) Accepted Payment Methods: Through Stripe's integrated platform, Users (Players, Organisers and Venue Managers) may process payments via major credit/debit cards, digital wallets (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), and supported local payment methods.
c) Data Handling: To ensure maximum security, GamesOn365 does not store or hold any sensitive payment related data, such as full credit card numbers or CVV codes, on its own servers. All financial data is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with their industry standard security protocols.
d) Accepted Payment Methods: By making a payment on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement (https://stripe.com/au/legal).
5. Play As You Go Payment
a) Sole Pricing Model. GamesOn365 operates exclusively on a Play As You Go credit model. There is no membership fee and no recurring subscription charge for using the Platform. To use the GamesOn365 service, you must provide Stripe Payments ("Stripe") with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (a "Payment Method") in order to purchase credits.
b) Account Types. When you sign up to GamesOn365, you will be assigned one of the following account types:
• Player / Organiser, for users who wish to play in or organise social sporting games and leagues; or
• Organiser / Venue Manager, for users who wish to organise games and/or list and manage venue bookings.
c) Purchasing Credits. Credits can be purchased at any time from your account dashboard by selecting a credit pack that suits your needs, Starter, Regular or Power, or by entering a custom credit amount. Credits are charged to your Payment Method at the time of purchase and never expire.
d) Managing Your Payment Method. You may edit or update your stored Payment Method via our website by visiting "Profile" at www.gameson365.com and selecting "Update Payment Method".
e) Additional Fees. In addition to the credits you purchase, some venues may also charge fees (e.g. an entry fee) that you will be responsible for directly. You are also responsible for all third party charges associated with connecting to and using the Site, such as internet service provider fees.
6. Credit Balance and Account Restrictions
a) Maintaining a Credit Balance. To continue using platform features that require credits, you must maintain a sufficient credit balance in your account. There is no recurring billing date, credits are only deducted when you take an action that requires them, as set out in Section 14.
b) Insufficient Credit Balance. If your credit balance is insufficient to cover an action (for example, applying for a Fill-in, posting a Fill-in request, or approving a booking), the Platform will not process that action until you have topped up your credit balance.
c) The "Freeze" Policy for Future Bookings. If your credit balance reaches zero and you do not top up:
1. Booking Restrictions: You will be unable to view, apply for, be approved for, or be automatically assigned to any new games, Fill-ins, or venue bookings until you have added sufficient credits to your account.
2. Existing Commitments: Any games or bookings that were already confirmed and charged before your balance reached zero remain valid and are not affected by a zero balance.
d) Responsibility for Credit Monitoring. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that sufficient credits are available in your account before attempting to take an action that requires them. GamesOn365 is not liable for any missed games, lost spots in high demand matches, or team coordination issues resulting from an insufficient credit balance.
e) Topping Up. To restore full access to platform features, you must add credits to your account from your dashboard. Once your balance is sufficient, restrictions on new bookings are lifted immediately, however GamesOn365 cannot guarantee that previous spots in games will still be available if they were filled by other users while your balance was insufficient.
f) Notification of Low Balance. While the platform may attempt to send an automated notification when your credit balance is low, it is your responsibility to check your "Billing" section regularly to avoid interruptions to your use of the Site.
7. Account Cancellation and Credit Refunds
a) Right to Cancel. You have the right to cancel your GamesOn365 account at any time through your account settings. There are no long term contracts, recurring fees, or cancellation fees associated with using the Platform.
b) Service Access Post Cancellation. Upon cancelling your account, you will retain access to any games or bookings already confirmed prior to cancellation. Your account will otherwise cease to be active for new bookings from the date of cancellation.
c) Credit Refund Policy. Purchased credits are refundable in accordance with Section 14. Reward credits (for example, credits earned through the Referral Program) are non refundable under any circumstances. The refundable amount is calculated as your total credit balance minus any reward credits.
d) Unplayed Games. The GamesOn365 platform is a facilitator of sporting opportunities. As such, we do not provide refunds, credits, or compensation for "unplayed games". This includes, but is not limited to:
1. Games cancelled by a third party Organiser or club.
2. Games the user was unable to attend.
3. Games that were automatically selected by the AI feature but not played for any reason.
4. Instances where the AI feature did not find a suitable match.
e) Statutory Rights (Australian Consumer Law). Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non excludable right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). In the event of a major service failure that cannot be rectified, our liability will be limited to the remedies provided under the ACL.
8. Peer-to-Peer Coordination and External Payments
a) Platform Role. GamesOn365 acts solely as a facilitator for sports coordination. All financial transactions regarding "Fill-in" games occur strictly between the Player and the Organiser outside of the GamesOn365 platform.
b) Payment Liability. We do not process, guarantee, or hold liability for these external payments. Any refund requests or payment disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
c) Organiser Obligations. Organisers are solely responsible for managing and accepting Fill-in payments. In the event an Organiser cancels a game or closes their account (resulting in an "orphaned" team), the Organiser is legally responsible for issuing full refunds to any accepted Fill-ins.
d) User Diligence. Players are expected to practice due diligence and common sense when transferring funds externally. Payment for a Fill-in spot is made at the Player's sole discretion.
9. Organiser Exit and Team Cancellation or "Orphaning"
a) Impact of Cancellation. If an Organiser closes their account, any active teams or matches are marked inactive, pending Fill-in applications are automatically declined, and affected Players are notified. Per Section 7(c), the departing Organiser remains responsible for refunding any Fill-in fees collected externally for games affected by the closure.
b) Successor Nomination. An Organiser closing their account may nominate an existing Player to take over as Organiser, provided the nominee holds an active Organiser account with a verified Payment Method and a sufficient credit balance. A handover does not remove the original Organiser's obligation to refund any external Fill-in fees collected before the handover.
10. The use of the AI Automation Feature (Toggle functionality)
a) Scope. The AI Automation Toggle lets GamesOn365 act as your agent to identify and apply for Fill-ins that match your pre-set preferences (sport, location, skill level, and availability), without requiring your manual approval.
b) Activation. Enabling the toggle takes effect after a 24 hour preparation window, giving you notice before any AI secured commitment. The AI only books casual Fill-in spots, not permanent team membership, and respects any daily game limit you set in your Preference Centre. You may still manually browse and book beyond that limit via 'Browse Teams'.
c) Your Responsibility. You must proactively monitor your GamesOn365 calendar. Any Fill-in secured by the AI is a binding commitment subject to the Reliability Rating and "No-Show" policy, and GamesOn365 is not liable for scheduling conflicts or costs arising from AI selections made within your own preference criteria.
d) Disabling the Feature. You may disable the toggle at any time. This stops future automated bookings but does not withdraw you from games already confirmed by the AI; these must be managed manually via the calendar.
11. Scope of the Organiser AI Agent
a) Automated Approvals: When an Organiser enables the "Organiser AI Agent" toggle, they grant GamesOn365 explicit permission to act as an automated proxy to manage game vacancies. The AI Agent will automatically approve applicants who meet the match criteria without requiring manual oversight from the Organiser.
b) Conflict Verification: To ensure match quality, the Organiser AI Agent performs a real time calendar conflict check on the applying Player. An applicant will only be auto approved if they have no overlapping game commitments on the GamesOn365 Platform.
c) Credit Balance Dependency: Access to automated approvals depends on the Organiser maintaining a sufficient credit balance. Should an Organiser's credit balance be insufficient to cover an approval, the AI Agent functionality will be blocked for that action, and the relevant application will require manual approval.
d) Disabling the Feature: An Organiser may toggle the AI Agent to 'Disabled' at any time. This action ceases all future auto approvals immediately. Any applications received after the toggle is disabled must be managed manually.
12. AI Agent Visibility and Transparency (Badging)
To ensure clear communication between all parties, the Platform utilises specific digital identifiers:
a) Organiser Dashboard ("AI Auto Approved"): When a vacancy is filled by the AI Agent, the successful applicant will be marked with an "AI Auto Approved" badge. This indicates to the Organiser that the Player has been vetted for calendar conflicts and meets the match criteria.
b) Player Dashboard ("AI Auto Applied"): When the Player AI Agent submits an application on a user's behalf, the specific match listing will display an "AI Auto Applied" badge. This allows the Player to easily distinguish between their manual selections and those made by their AI Agent.
13. 'Play As You Go' Terms
Play As You Go is GamesOn365's sole pricing model, available to all Players, Organisers and Venue Managers. Credits can be purchased at any time via a credit pack, Starter, Regular or Power, or a custom amount, and never expire. All platform actions, including AI autopilot and auto approval features, are charged at a flat rate of 2 credits per action. Purchased credits are fully refundable; reward credits are not, and any refundable amount is calculated as total credits minus reward credits earned.
14. 'Play As You Go' Credits: Charges, Refunds, Rewards and No Credit Change
a) Charges. Booking approvals, Fill-in applications, and Fill-in postings are each charged 2 credits. Venue slots are auto generated at no charge; publishing a slot is charged as set out in Section 15.
b) Refunds. Where a booking or slot is cancelled by a Venue Manager or an Organiser, the other party receives an automatic refund of 2 credits, while the cancelling party's credits are forfeited, as set out in Section 15.
c) Rewards. Bonus credits may be granted for successful referrals (Section 17) or welcome promotions, and are shown on your dashboard. Reward credits are non refundable and excluded from any refund calculation.
d) No Credit Change. Rejected or withdrawn pending applications incur no charge and no refund. Where a party cancels their own approved booking, their credits are forfeited with no refund issued.
15. Venue Manager & Booking Terms
a) Creating a Venue. Venue Managers must provide accurate venue, court, and operating hour details. Booking slots are then generated automatically for all active courts based on those hours.
b) Slots and Applications. Publishing a slot is charged 2 credits. Organiser applications are managed via the Pending Bookings dashboard, and Venue Managers are responsible for reviewing and responding to them in a timely manner.
c) Approvals and Rejections. Approving a booking charges both the Venue Manager and the Organiser 2 credits and creates a calendar entry for both parties. Rejecting an application incurs no charge, and the Organiser may re-apply if the slot remains available.
d) Cancellations. Bookings and slots cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the start time. Where a Venue Manager cancels an approved booking, the Organiser is refunded 2 credits and the Venue Manager's credits are forfeited; where an Organiser cancels, the reverse applies. Cancelling an entire slot refunds all approved Organisers.
e) Account Closure. If a Venue Manager closes their account, all Organisers with future approved bookings receive an immediate refund of 2 credits per booking.
f) General Obligations. Venue Managers must keep venue and slot details accurate and up to date, comply with all GamesOn365 community standards and platform policies, and acknowledge that GamesOn365 is a facilitation platform that accepts no responsibility for disputes, cancellations, or conduct occurring at the venue.
16. Volunteering Terms
Volunteering is a value add feature available to all Users in addition to the Player, Organiser and Venue Manager account types, allowing Users to support games and events in a non playing capacity, at no cost.
a) Volunteer Role. A "Volunteer" is any registered User who supports games or events in a non-playing capacity, including as a referee, scorer, or coach. GamesOn365 may add further volunteer roles from time to time.
b) Preferences. Volunteers set their preferred roles, availability for one off or seasonal games, and weekly availability within their Preference Centre. Organisers may search for Volunteers based on these preferences.
c) No Cost. Volunteering does not use credits. No charge applies to a Volunteer or an Organiser for offering, accepting, or completing a volunteering arrangement.
d) Organiser Discretion. Organisers may select, approve, or decline any Volunteer at their sole discretion. GamesOn365 does not guarantee a Volunteer will be matched to any game or role.
e) Limitation of Liability. GamesOn365 does not verify or vet Volunteers. Organisers and Volunteers are responsible for their own due diligence, and GamesOn365 is not liable for the conduct or reliability of either party in a volunteering arrangement.
17. The GamesOn365 Referral Program
a) Program Overview. The Referral Program allows existing members ("Referrers") to earn bonus credits by inviting new Players, Organisers, or Venue Managers ("Referees") to the Platform. This process is managed exclusively through the 'Referral' Tab on your Account Dashboard.
b) Referral Limits and Mechanics.
• Invitation Cap: Each User may invite a maximum of five (5) new contacts (friends) via the Referral Tab.
• Conversion Requirement: A referral is considered successful ("Converted") only when the Referee creates a new account and completes their first credit purchase on the Platform.
• The Reward: For every Converted Referral, the Referrer will receive a bonus credit reward, applied automatically to their account balance and shown in the Referral Tab of their Account Dashboard.
c) Lifetime Credit Cap. To maintain the sustainability of the platform, the maximum total bonus credit a User can receive through the Referral Program is set out in the Referral Tab of your Account Dashboard and is applied automatically once that cap is reached.
18. Availability and Allocation of Games
GamesOn365 is a digital intermediary only. We do not own, manage, or guarantee the availability, frequency, or variety of any games, Fill-in spots, or team vacancies listed on the Platform, these are managed entirely at Organisers' discretion and are subject to ongoing change. GamesOn365 is not liable for any game cancellations, rescheduling, or "orphaned" teams, and game availability may fluctuate based on seasonal demand, venue access, and Organiser activity levels.
19. Player Safety & Due Diligence
Because GamesOn365 does not perform identity verification or vetting of its Users, your safety and security are your own responsibility. A comprehensive Player Safety & Due Diligence Checklist is available in the platform FAQs upon sign up. We strongly encourage all Players to familiarise themselves with this checklist to protect their safety and ensure a positive sporting environment for everyone.
20. Organiser Best Practice
Organisers are responsible for the logistical management and overall conduct of their games. A detailed Organiser Best Practice Checklist is available in the platform FAQs upon sign up. Following these guidelines is essential for professional game coordination and plays a key role in maintaining a high Organiser reliability rating across the community.
21. Reliability and Conduct
a) Ratings. Players and Organisers rate each other after each game under a weighted average system. Ratings are considered User Submissions and may be made public.
b) Termination. GamesOn365 may terminate, suspend, or modify any account, order, or feature at any time and without prior notice, including where you have breached these Terms or misused the Site, without entitlement to a refund.
c) Fraud and Infringement. GamesOn365 does not permit copyright infringing or fraudulent activity, and may terminate access, remove content, and refer suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
d) "No-Show" Policy. Players are assigned a reliability rating that is reduced for unexplained non attendance ("No-Show"). A significant drop in rating may limit access to high demand games, the AI automation toggle, or the account itself.
22. Assumption of Risk and Liability
GamesOn365 is a digital intermediary only. We do not vet Users, and do not own or operate any venue, league, or activity. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of sport, including property damage, illness, bodily injury, or death, and accept responsibility for assessing your own fitness to participate, including consulting your doctor where appropriate. GamesOn365 does not provide injury coverage; you should contact the relevant venue directly regarding any coverage they may offer. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless GamesOn365 from any liability arising from your participation in or use of the Platform.
23. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
a) Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
b) Forum. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against GamesOn365 must be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Victoria. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
24. Prohibited Conduct
a) You agree not to harass, threaten, disrupt, or defraud other users, members, or staff of GamesOn365 or Venues, or otherwise create or contribute to an unsafe, harassing, threatening, or disruptive environment. You also agree not to upload or send to Site users any offensive, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
25. Ownership; Proprietary Rights
a) The GamesOn365 website and mobile applications (the "Site") are owned and operated by GamesOn (ABN: 41 661 675 207), a business name registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) under the registered business name holder 'A1 CORPORATE GROUP PTY LTD'.

For the avoidance of doubt, Materials does not include User Submissions (any content you upload, such as profile pictures, team names, or game comments). Except for any content uploaded by you (User Submissions), all Materials contained on the Site are the copyrighted property of GamesOn365 or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third party licensors. 26. Your Content and Ideas (User Submissions)
a) User Submissions. Content you upload, including profile pictures, team names, comments, and ratings, is not moderated by GamesOn365, including in 'My Team Chat', and you are solely responsible for it.
b) Responsibility. Your content must be lawful and respectful, and you should assume it may be visible to other Users, including Organisers, without further notice.
c) Licence. You retain ownership of your User Submissions, but grant GamesOn365 a worldwide, permanent, royalty free licence to use, copy, and adapt them to operate and promote the Platform, in accordance with Section 23.
d) Feedback. Any suggestions, bug reports, or ideas you provide to GamesOn365 are non-confidential and become our property to use for any purpose, including developing new features, without compensation.
27. Third-Party Sites, Products and Services; Links
a) Linked Sites and External Content
The Site may include links or access to other websites or services ("Linked Sites") solely as a convenience to our users. GamesOn365 does not endorse any such Linked Sites or the information, material, products, or services contained on or accessible through them. Furthermore, GamesOn365 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the information, material, products, or services that are contained on or accessible through Linked Sites. To the maximum extent permitted by law, access, and use of Linked Sites, including information, material, products, and services on Linked Sites or available through Linked Sites, is solely at your own risk.
b) Promotional Offers and Advertisers
Sometimes promotional offers are provided in conjunction with the provision of third party products and/or services. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, use of such products and services is at your own risk.
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, third party advertisers found on or through the Site are solely between you and such advertiser. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that GamesOn365 will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Site.
28. Disclaimers Relating to The Site
a) General Disclaimers. GamesOn365 Site and any content, services, or applications made available through it are provided to you "as is" and "as available", without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamesOn365, on behalf of itself, its suppliers, and its partners, disclaims and excludes all guarantees, warranties, terms, and conditions, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability (that the service will work as you expect), fitness for a particular purpose (that it will suit your specific needs), and non-infringement of proprietary rights.
b) Functionality and Your Risk. Without limiting the above, GamesOn365 does not guarantee or represent that:
1. The Site, content, or services will be uninterrupted or error free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server making it available is free of viruses or other harmful components.
2. The use of the Site will be consistently correct, accurate, or reliable.
3. Any material or data that you download or otherwise obtain through the Site is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from the download of such material or data.
c) Disclaimer related to the AI toggle feature. By enabling this feature, you authorise GamesOn365 to automatically select and book games on your behalf based on your set preferences. Once activated, the process is fully automated and requires no manual approval. You are responsible for proactively monitoring your GamesOn365 calendar; all AI selected bookings are considered binding commitments.
29. Disclaimer Relating to Services and Third Parties
a) Role of GamesOn365. GamesOn365 is a sports technology platform designed to connect Players with Organisers, Coaches, Clubs, and teams. GamesOn365 is not a venue, league, or service provider (such as a gym or fitness studio), and we are not an agent for any third party provider.
b) Responsibility for Games and Activities. All games, team sports, activities, and services offered or posted on the Site are offered and provided by third party Organisers, Clubs, or Venues, not by GamesOn365. Those third parties also provide the descriptions and details of these games.
c) Assumption of Risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, your attendance and participation in any game, activity, or team created or advertised through the Site is solely at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that GamesOn365 shall not be liable for any action, error, or omission by any third party, including:
1. Any issue arising from or connected with a game, activity, or service booked through the Site.
2. The performance or non-performance of any third party Organiser, Club, or Venue in connection with a sporting activity.
30. In-Platform Advertising and Third-Party Promotions
GamesOn365 may display advertisements, sponsored content, and promotional offers from third party providers, partner venues, and sports related brands.
a) Interest-Based Targeting: To ensure the content you see is relevant and valuable, advertisements are curated based on your audience interests and the specific data provided within your Preference Centre selections. This allows the platform to connect you with venues, equipment providers, and sporting services that align with your activity profile.
b) User Control and Preference Centre: You maintain control over your advertising experience. You can update or modify your interests and marketing preferences at any time by visiting the Preference Centre in your account settings. While updating these settings will refine the types of promotions you receive, you acknowledge that standard platform advertisements may still be visible.
c) Third-Party Content and Liability: GamesOn365 acts as a facilitator for these promotions but does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the products, services, or accuracy of the content provided by third party advertisers or venues. Any engagement, purchase, or contract entered with a third party is strictly between you and that provider.
d) External Links: Advertisements may contain links to external websites or third party platforms. GamesOn365 is not responsible for the privacy practices, terms of use, or content of any external sites accessed through these links.
31. Game Reminder Notifications
To support your schedule management and maintain the reliability of matches for all participants, GamesOn365 provides an automated notification service.
a) Default Opt-In: Upon the creation of a GamesOn365 account, users are automatically opted in to receive game reminder notifications via their registered email address. These reminders are designed to provide timely updates regarding game times, venue locations, and team status.
b) Right to Unsubscribe: We respect your inbox. You have the right to opt out of these game reminders at any time. You can manage these communications by:
• Selecting the 'Unsubscribe' link located at the bottom of any reminder email.
• Adjusting your notification settings within your Account Dashboard.
c) Impact of Unsubscribing: Please note that if you choose to unsubscribe from reminder notifications, you remain solely responsible for monitoring your schedule via the built in calendar. Failure to attend a game because a reminder was not received (due to unsubscribing or email filters) will still be subject to the standard "No-Show" policy.
d) Service Announcements: Unsubscribing from game reminders will not prevent you from receiving essential service communications, such as billing receipts, security alerts, or updates to these Terms and Conditions.
32. Marketing And Image Rights
a) As a condition of using the GamesOn365 platform, you acknowledge and agree that images, photographs, or video footage of your participation in any game or event connected through the Site may be used by GamesOn365 at any time to promote the platform, our community, or any similar events. This promotion may occur through any form of media, including online, social media, or print materials, without requiring further consent or compensation to you.
b) If GamesOn365 intends to use your full name in conjunction with any marketing material, a member of the GamesOn365 team will always reach out to you directly to get your explicit permission before posting.
